• Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Usage Data: Number of calculations performed, credits purchased and used.
• Uploaded Documents: Files you upload for laytime calculations (processed in real-time and not stored permanently).
• Purchase Information: Transaction records for in-app credit purchases processed via Google Play.

2How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Laytime Calculator Pro service
• Manage your account and credit balance
• Process in-app purchases and verify transactions
• Send important service notifications
• Improve the accuracy of laytime calculations

3Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In: For authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing: For processing in-app purchases.
• Supabase: For secure cloud database storage of user accounts and credits.
• Google Gemini AI: For processing laytime calculation documents. Documents are sent to Gemini API and are subject to Google's AI data usage policies.

4Data Storage & Security

Your account data (email, credit balance, usage history) is stored securely on Supabase servers located in the EU (West 1 region). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Row-level security (RLS) on all database tables
• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• OAuth 2.0 authentication via Google

5Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded documents are not stored after processing. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting the app

7Children's Privacy

Laytime Calculator Pro is designed for maritime professionals and is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
