By downloading, installing, or using Laytime Calculator Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who access the App via Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS).
Laytime Calculator Pro is an AI-powered mobile application for maritime professionals that assists with laytime calculations, demurrage and despatch computations, and charter party compliance. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and generate calculations.
To access certain features, you must create an account using Sign In with Apple or email/password. You are responsible for:
The App operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to perform AI-powered calculations.
All payment processing is handled by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. NAVI TRADE AND TRANSPORT FZCO does not store payment card information.
If an AI calculation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credit used for that calculation will be automatically refunded to your account. For billing disputes related to App Store or Google Play purchases, please contact Apple or Google directly.

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by NAVI TRADE AND TRANSPORT FZCO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Documents and data you upload remain your property. By uploading, you grant NAVI TRADE AND TRANSPORT FZCO a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the service.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NAVI TRADE AND TRANSPORT FZCO does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate for any specific contractual purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NAVI TRADE AND TRANSPORT FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on calculation results.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
NAVI TRADE AND TRANSPORT FZCO ("we", "us", "our") operates the Laytime Calculator Pro mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
When you use Sign In with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier and, at your option, your name and email address. Apple may provide a relay email address to protect your privacy. We accept and support this.

Documents you upload may be sent to Google Gemini API for processing. Google's data handling is governed by Google's privacy policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via Supabase, and no storage of payment card information.

Your data may be processed in countries other than the UAE, including the United States (Supabase, Google). By using the App, you consent to such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and NAVI TRADE AND TRANSPORT FZCO for the use of Laytime Calculator Pro.
NAVI TRADE AND TRANSPORT FZCO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple iOS or Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal or professional use in accordance with this EULA.

Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in our refund policy. For iOS purchases, you may use the App Store's restore purchases feature.
NAVI TRADE AND TRANSPORT FZCO is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple Inc. and Google LLC have no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is". NAVI TRADE AND TRANSPORT FZCO expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the App.
Apple Inc. has no warranty obligation with respect to the App. Any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to App failure shall be governed solely by this EULA and applicable law.
NAVI TRADE AND TRANSPORT FZCO, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including:
In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes that party's intellectual property rights, NAVI TRADE AND TRANSPORT FZCO will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Laytime Calc Pro uses Google Gemini AI to process user-provided documents and instructions for laytime, demurrage and despatch calculations.
When the user starts a calculation, the app may send uploaded documents, images, text instructions and calculation context to Google Gemini through our secure Supabase backend. This may include Statement of Facts (SOF), Notice of Readiness (NOR), charter party terms, fixture recap, bill of lading details, voyage information and other documents voluntarily provided by the user.
This data is used only to generate the requested laytime, demurrage and despatch calculation. Users should not upload documents or personal data they do not want to be processed by a third-party AI service.
The app asks for the user's permission before sending provided documents and instructions for AI processing.
We use Supabase for authentication, backend processing, database and storage services. We use Google Gemini for AI document analysis and calculation generation.
